## About the Role The Senior DevOps Consultant role at Newsmatics is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, systems engineering, cloud operations, and problem-solving. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating, improving, and modernizing the infrastructure behind Newsmatics' global news technology platforms. This includes reviewing existing environments, identifying bottlenecks and operational risks, and implementing improvements across AWS and hosted server environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hosting providers, managed infrastructure services, cloud operations, or data center environments, and will be able to bring fresh eyes to Newsmatics' infrastructure.
