About the Role

The Senior Digital Learning Manager is a key position at GE Vernova, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for technical field personnel across the globe. What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for technical field personnel
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts, trainers, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies
  • Design and oversee the development of training curricula, learning pathways, and instructional materials
  • Translate training concepts into deployable learning solutions and operationalize training modules across learning centers and digital learning environments
  • Drive adoption of modern teaching technologies, including digital learning tools, virtual learning environments, simulation, and VR-based solutions
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regional teams
  • Lead and develop a data analytics and learning systems team responsible for learning platforms, reporting, dashboards, learner data governance, training effectiveness measurement, and performance insights
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure training impact, learner engagement, completion, capability growth, and business value
  • Apply financial understanding to evaluate cost-benefit and total cost perspectives for training programs, technologies, and delivery models
  • Manage projects using an organized, agile approach with defined tollgates, milestones, and stakeholder reviews

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in training needs analysis, training design, and curriculum development
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% globally
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with digital learning methods, tools, and modern learning technologies
  • Proven success designing learning solutions for adult learners, particularly within technical, field, or operational environments
  • Experience managing a data analytics and learning systems team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
