About the Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist at Directive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for startups and SMBs. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver results. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and then use your expertise to create tailored campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a focus on Paid Media, SEO, and CRO. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, and will need to be able to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Directive is a performance marketing agency that uses a unique approach called Customer Generation. This methodology focuses on delivering SQLs and customers, rather than just leads. As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive real results for clients.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for startups and SMBs
- Manage multiple client accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and customer service
- Create and implement Paid Media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and social media
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve client website rankings and drive organic traffic
- Conduct CRO audits and implement changes to improve client website conversion rates
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and development, to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive campaign success
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth for clients
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO software
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups and SMBs, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that these businesses face
- Knowledge of marketing automation software, and experience with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot
