What You Will Do

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving customer success and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience working with executive-level customers, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
