About the Role

The Senior Director, Creative Strategy, serves as a strategic partner to the SVP, Chief Brand Officer, overseeing the development and implementation of creative strategies that drive business growth. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end creative workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and increasing team velocity. As a leader, you will supervise and mentor the project management and creative operations teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry and a proven track record of supporting C-level leaders in high-growth environments. You will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion and crafting executive-level presentations and narratives that are clear, compelling, and concise.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the SVP, Chief Brand Officer, providing counsel on creative direction and strategy
  • Supervise and mentor the project management and creative operations teams, including three direct reports
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that drive business growth and align with company goals
  • Optimize end-to-end creative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and increase team velocity
  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
  • Craft executive-level presentations and narratives that are clear, compelling, and concise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage the creative budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Proactively solve problems and make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment

What We Are Looking For

  • 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry
  • Proven track record of supporting C-level leaders in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level presentations and narratives
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience with creative workflow management tools and software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
