What You Will Do
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with Veeam's product portfolio and business goals
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry developments to inform product roadmap decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success is at the forefront of all business decisions
- Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop strategies to drive adoption and retention of Veeam's products
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver sales enablement tools and training programs
- Develop and manage customer success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer success strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer success strategies
- Develop and manage a team of customer success professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide input on product features and functionality
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, product management, or a related field, with a focus on digital skills and remote work
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer success strategies that drive adoption and retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, with a focus on data resilience and management
- Experience with customer success metrics and KPIs, and the ability to develop and manage these metrics
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage a team of customer success professionals
- Experience with remote work and digital communication tools
