About the Role
The Senior Director of the Gold Card Program is a critical leadership position at Centene Corporation, overseeing the development and execution of the program's strategic plans. This role requires a unique blend of product management, communications, and stakeholder relations expertise. What You Will Do
- Develop and lead long-term program development and enhancement initiatives
- Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program to ensure processes are being followed during the development process
- Support the integration of the program across all business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services
- Support financial analysis of the program's performance and ensure program management/enhancement and new program development strategic plans have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Oversee the development of program materials, including reports, presentations, and other communications
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the program
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
- Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
- Experience across different market segments and product types
- Strong understanding of consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management
