About the Role

The Senior Director of the Gold Card Program is a critical leadership position at Centene Corporation, overseeing the development and execution of the program's strategic plans. What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead long-term program development and enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program to ensure processes are being followed during the development process
  • Support the integration of the program across all business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services
  • Support financial analysis of the program's performance and ensure program management/enhancement and new program development strategic plans have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee the development of program materials, including reports, presentations, and other communications
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the program

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
  • Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
  • Experience across different market segments and product types
  • Strong understanding of consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial analysis and budget management
