About the Role
The Senior Director, HR Shared Services, plays a pivotal role in Veralto's HR Services team, focusing on designing and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the associate experience. This role involves leading a global HR shared services organization, ensuring operational excellence, and driving a digital-first, AI-enabled service model. As a key member of the wider HR team, this position is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth for both the business and its employees.Reporting to the Vice President, Services, this role is part of a team dedicated to transforming the HR organization. The goal is to deliver compelling experiences daily for associates, leaders, and the HR team through strategic partnerships, niche expertise, and a service organization that meets associate needs efficiently. The role is based in Czechia but offers the flexibility of remote work, requiring travel up to 30% of the time.
What You Will Do
- Set and execute the global HR Shared Services strategy and multi-year roadmap, focusing on scalability, productized HR services, and measurable business value.
- Lead a globally distributed Shared Services organization, ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent resolution of employee needs.
- Partner with Global Process Owners to operationalize end-to-end hire-to-retire processes through standardized, automated workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, process improvement, and self-service adoption.
- Implement rigorous daily management to improve outcomes, drive disciplined management, and enhance service delivery.
- Act as a visible change leader, driving adoption of new ways of working and ensuring strong change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and develop a future-ready Shared Services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HR strategies.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment for HR initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a people manager.
- Experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the employment regulatory environment and ability to navigate complex legal issues.
- Process, continuous improvement, and technology/automation/AI/digital orientation and experience.
- Associate-centric with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Strategic and analytical, with the capability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Excel and other HR management tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Experience with HR knowledgebase and case management solutions.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
