About the Role
The Senior Director of Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining, elevating, and protecting the brand strategy across Coleto Brands. This includes leading a high-functioning brand marketing team to drive a cohesive brand architecture and translating brand strategy into impactful integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for brand building across all touchpoints. As a senior leader within the organization, the Senior Director of Brand Marketing will closely collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure corporate and go-to-market brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a professional who can flex as needed to build strong, enduring brands that resonate with target audiences across all channels. The Senior Director of Brand Marketing will report to the executive team and will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of direct and indirect reports.What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a clear, scalable brand architecture across corporate and flagship brands
- Define, lead, and socialize individual brand strategies for Coleto Brands and its portfolio, aligning with business objectives and growth priorities
- Establish clear brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for each brand to drive interest and advocacy among each brand's target audiences
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform brand direction
- Serve as the guardian of brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and channel teams to bring brand strategy to life through all go-to-market executions and new product launches
- Oversee the development of integrated campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and advocacy
- Ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and resonates with each brand's target audiences
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring brand strategy to life in owned experience centers through physical space design, event programming, and activations
- Lead brand strategy and execution for customer events, trade shows, and experiential marketing
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of brand architecture and portfolio management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing metrics and analytics
- Experience with digital marketing and brand building across all touchpoints
- Strong communication and presentation skills
