About the Role

As the Senior Director, People Business Partner for our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, you'll be the primary strategic business partner to GitLab's Chief Revenue Officer. You will lead a team of experienced global People Business Partners who support the GTM executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior people partner to GitLab's CRO and Go-to-Market (GTM) executive team, shaping and executing a global talent strategy.
  • Translate business priorities into talent strategies that help GitLab scale a high-performing, values-driven revenue organization in a fully remote, async-first environment.
  • Shape and run GTM-wide initiatives in organizational design, leadership development, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM and Adjust is preferred.
