About the Role

The Senior Director - Presales Consulting role at Loyalty Juggernaut is a leadership position that involves leading high-impact presales engagements and delivering compelling solution demonstrations to enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape and influence large, complex enterprise deals across multiple industries. Your deep expertise in CRM, digital marketing, and loyalty programs will be crucial in driving stakeholder alignment and positioning GRAVTY as a differentiated solution in the market.

The role entails a strong strategic influence, requiring you to operate as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving stakeholder alignment, positioning GRAVTY as a differentiated solution, and delivering industry-specific demo environments that demonstrate business impact and ROI. Your technical depth, combined with your consultative selling skills and executive presence, will be essential in driving business growth through strategic engagements.

As a senior director in presales consulting, you will be part of a rapidly growing commercial team in the U.S. and will have the opportunity to work with leading enterprises across 16 major industries. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to inform your presales engagements and drive business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead high-impact executive and technical demonstrations of the GRAVTY platform for prospects, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with both business and technical audiences
  • Shape the presales storytelling framework to consistently communicate LJI’s differentiated value proposition
  • Drive structured discovery engagements and workshops with enterprise clients to uncover strategic objectives, current-state challenges, and transformation opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership to design tailored solution strategies that align client needs with GRAVTY’s capabilities
  • Develop solution blueprints, demo narratives, and “day-in-the-life” journeys that clearly demonstrate business impact and ROI
  • Own the strategy and execution of industry-specific demo environments, ensuring relevance, realism, and differentiation
  • Establish best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality demo experiences across the presales function
  • Lead presales contributions to RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations, ensuring a strong and differentiated profile

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in presales consulting, with a deep expertise in CRM, digital marketing, and loyalty programs
  • Strong technical depth, combined with consultative selling skills and executive presence
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of their business needs and pain points
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor, with a strong strategic influence
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the loyalty and digital marketing industries
  • Experience with solution architecture and deal shaping, with a strong ability to design tailored solution strategies
