Senior Director, Procurement

What You Will Do

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports the company's business objectives
• Manage hyperscaler and strategic vendor relationships, including GTM incentives and Adjust
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Create and execute a procurement plan that drives operational efficiency, manages risk, and supports scalable decision-making
• Own procurement policies, practices, and systems, ensuring compliance and improving efficiency
• Partner with external auditors and advisors to improve procurement, negotiation, audit, and accounting processes
• Develop and implement procurement processes, systems, and purchase controls that support compliance and improve operational efficiency
• Lead vendor negotiation strategy and support negotiations to achieve stronger pricing, favorable terms, and measurable business value
• Build an AI-first procurement function, identifying opportunities for automation, AI tooling, and modern workflows

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a technology or software company
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and systems
• Experience with GTM incentives, Adjust, and vendor management
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, managing risk, and supporting scalable decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights
• Experience with procurement software and systems, including ERP and CRM systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven procurement tools and systems
• Certification in procurement, such as CPSM or CPM
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and the software development lifecycle
