About the Role

The Senior Director, Product Management will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Affirm's Checkout Product team. This role is critical in powering Affirm's core payment experience and driving growth responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Checkout
  • Translate Affirm's mission into a clear product roadmap that balances growth, risk, customer trust, and platform scalability
  • Lead and scale a team of Product Managers owning distinct Consumer Risk surface areas
  • Partner closely with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to shape model-driven product experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, particularly in consumer risk and payment solutions
  • Strong understanding of GTM and risk-based decisioning
  • Ability to lead and scale a team of Product Managers
