About the Role
Flexport is seeking a Senior Drawback Associate to join their growing Drawback team. This fully remote position offers a chance to be part of a mission-driven organization changing the face of global commerce.Responsibilities
- Prepare US and foreign duty drawback forms and claims to support clients
- Manage day-to-day drawback operations for multiple clients
- Onboard new clients, developing internal and external SOPs
- Collaborate with software engineers to enhance duty drawback services
- Analyze business documents to optimize recovery processes
- Investigate and implement enhancement strategies for drawback recovery
- Prepare claims using software tools and address any issues that arise
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience in logistics or trade compliance preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with duty drawback regulations
