About the Role
The (Senior) Dynamics 365/SharePoint Consultant role at goPro Consultancy Group is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. As a remote worker, you will be part of a global team that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, developing workflows, and driving CRM development forward.As a key member of the team, you will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 and SharePoint will be essential in helping the company drive digital transformation and achieve its business goals.
The role is open to both freelancers and employees, and the company is looking for candidates who are fluent in English and can work 4 hours a day during normal office hours in New York.
What You Will Do
- Customize and integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems to drive business growth
- Develop workflows and custom actions to improve business processes
- Take the lead and drive CRM development forward
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Develop plugins and custom solutions to meet business requirements
- Work with Azure, Office 365, and Power BI to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems
- Analyze business data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or university degree in a related field
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Azure, Office 365, and Power BI
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with workflow development and custom action development
- Knowledge of CRM development and integration
Nice to Have
- Experience with other Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
