About the Role

The Senior EDI e-invoicing Integration Engineer role is a pivotal position at ecosio, focused on optimizing e-invoicing and global supply chains through the planning, coordination, and technical implementation of e-invoicing and EDI projects on the company's cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI, Web EDI, and e-invoicing, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with partner companies, customers, and their suppliers worldwide. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, their ERP systems, and ecosio's SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration and resolving technical issues proactively.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing integration projects from start to finish, coordinating mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team, and serving as a technical expert and sparring partner for customers. What You Will Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and technically implement e-invoicing and EDI projects on ecosio's cloud platform.
  • Communicate with partner companies, customers, and their suppliers worldwide.
  • Act as the interface between customers, their ERP systems, and ecosio's SaaS platform.
  • Take on new customers and progress integration projects independently after handover from the sales team.
  • Solve technical issues and appear as a sparring partner for customers.
  • Perform proactively to ensure the success of each project.
  • Coordinate mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team.
  • Encourage the use of e-invoicing and EDI solutions among customers and their suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve ecosio's services and solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in EDI, Web EDI, and e-invoicing, preferably in a similar role.
