About the Role

The Senior Enablement Business Partner will drive the effectiveness of enablement for Twilio's Customer Value organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, localize, and implement enablement strategies, programs, and tools to support reps at every stage of the customer journey
  • Drive performance, productivity, and effectiveness of roles within the Customer Value organization
  • Collaborate closely with peers in the GTM Enablement organization to transform the business and state of Enablement

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM, Salesforce, Adjust, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and drive results
