About the Role
The Senior Engagement Manager position at Medallion is a pivotal role that serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients. This dynamic and strategic leader is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving process improvements that enhance customer value. Day-to-day, this involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement effective project plans.As a key member of the engagement management team, the Senior Engagement Manager will report to the Head of Engagement Management and will be instrumental in driving business growth through exceptional client service and strategic relationship management. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Implement effective project plans to ensure project success and drive process improvements
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new solutions and services
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure profitable growth
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Ensure that all client interactions are professional, timely, and of high quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
- Experience in managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare provider operations sector
- Knowledge of licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance monitoring processes
