About the Role

The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and success of BlackCloak's enterprise clients. As the main point of contact, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their cybersecurity needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about helping protect others and have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and security, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of BlackCloak solutions. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of BlackCloak's services. As a key member of the team, you will also act as an advocate for clients within the company, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the main point of contact for their cybersecurity needs
  • Understand clients' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to deliver value and enhance their cybersecurity posture
  • Collaborate with the sales, delivery, and security teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of BlackCloak solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of BlackCloak's services
  • Monitor client accounts and analyze data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and performance reviews to clients
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns
  • Unify the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cybersecurity best practices to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and maintain a 'can-do' attitude, finding innovative solutions to challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally with a focus on enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive client success
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients when necessary
  • Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals or executives

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as CISSP or CISM
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
