About the Role
The Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative role at BLP Digital is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and innovation in the AI automation sector. As part of a fast-growing SaaS scaleup, you will be at the forefront of redefining ERP automation for top enterprises globally. Your day-to-day will involve strategic outreach, stakeholder engagement, and sales process acceleration, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a strong sense of ownership.In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and nurture relationships with high-level stakeholders, including CFOs, CPOs, CEOs, and CIOs. Your primary focus will be on driving sales opportunities for BLP Digital's Agentic AI platform, which automates Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes for large enterprises.
What You Will Do
- Own the outreach into Enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts through cold calls and personalized messages.
- Engage CFO, CPO, CEO, and CIO stakeholders to understand their unique pain points and craft tailored value propositions.
- Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, IT, and executive sponsors.
- Run and present in 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders, owning the meeting and presenting the value proposition.
- Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge and analyzing procurement and finance processes.
- Prioritize complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to keep processes moving forward.
- Carry a quota of €1.2M ARR closed-won sourced per year, driving sales growth and contributing to the company's expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging HubSpot and other tools for sales optimization.
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends in Agentic AI and ERP automation to provide exceptional customer engagement.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a related field, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and sales process acceleration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Excel, with experience in using sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the AI automation or ERP sector, with knowledge of Agentic AI and its applications.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as Clay, Lusha, and LinkMatch.
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different regions.
