Senior Environmental Project Manager

What You Will Do

• Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of environmental projects
• Establish and maintain project execution plans, health and safety plans, and quality assurance plans
• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors
• Develop and distribute project summaries to team members
• Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates
• Mobilize company resources to create effective project teams
• Collaborate with other managers and discipline leads to develop project budgets and schedules
• Work with the project team to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential issues
• Maintain current and timely change orders
• Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through quality assurance processes
