The Senior Environmental Project Manager will oversee the execution of environmental projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies. As a key member of the Critical Infrastructure team, the Senior Environmental Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include planning, directing, and supervising project activities, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. What You Will Do
- Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of environmental projects
- Establish and maintain project execution plans, health and safety plans, and quality assurance plans
- Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors
- Develop and distribute project summaries to team members
- Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates
- Mobilize company resources to create effective project teams
- Collaborate with other managers and discipline leads to develop project budgets and schedules
- Work with the project team to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential issues
- Maintain current and timely change orders
- Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through quality assurance processes
