What You Will Do
- Manage complex calendars with efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones
- Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Plan and execute large-scale events, team offsites, and strategic initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Own special projects that enhance team operations and executive effectiveness
- Be the driving force behind executive operations and team efficiency
- Play a critical role in fostering team culture, collaboration, and cohesion

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives (VP+ level)
- Proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach to work
- Ability to thrive under pressure and make swift, informed decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with senior leadership
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Experience with calendar management, event planning, and travel coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities
