About the Role

The Senior Field Marketing Manager - Brand Activations will play a pivotal role in bringing Intercom's most important in-person and hybrid experiences to life in North America. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional position that demands a unique blend of creative vision, project management expertise, and sales acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating brand experiences into measurable business outcomes, working closely with the Brand Activations team to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will partner with various stakeholders, including sales, product marketing, and external vendors, to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences that drive engagement and accelerate pipeline growth. With a strong focus on sales enablement, the role requires a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to equip sales teams with the tools, messaging, and context they need to effectively engage prospects before, during, and after events.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful brand activations, events, and product launches in a B2B SaaS environment. They will possess exceptional project management skills, a builder mindset, and a passion for creating scalable systems and processes that drive business results.

What You Will Do

  • Own field execution for key programs, including strategic events, community activations, and product launches
  • Drive sales enablement by equipping sales teams with the tools, messaging, and context they need to effectively engage prospects
  • Develop staffing strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles to maximize impact
  • Build ancillary event programs, such as VIP dinners, roundtables, and meetups, to deepen engagement and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Establish goals and measure success by defining KPIs for each activation, tracking performance, and reporting on outcomes
  • Create repeatable playbooks to build a scalable, global field marketing engine
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external vendors to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences
  • Manage vendors and logistics to ensure flawless execution

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to translate brand experiences into measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, engagement)
  • Strong experience supporting sales teams and building effective enablement programs
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives
  • Experience owning on-site execution for large-scale events and high-touch activations
  • A builder mindset, with a passion for creating structure, processes, and playbooks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
