About the Role

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in Docker's EMEA marketing efforts, working closely with the global marketing function to adapt campaign infrastructure to regional needs. This role will be responsible for leading the marketing work that turns EMEA's developer base and partner ecosystem into regional pipeline, with a focus on driving sales-accepted pipeline and deal velocity. As a key member of the EMEA sales team, the successful candidate will bring ideas and programs that help the region hit its numbers, pulling sellers in early and staying engaged through follow-up.

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be part of a globally distributed, remote-first team, working in close partnership with Docker's global marketing function to provide campaign foundations, playbooks, and measurement frameworks. This role will anchor Docker's global Field Marketing function in EMEA, reporting directly to EMEA sales leadership and dotted-line to Growth Marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Own EMEA's marketing contribution to pipeline, with quarterly MQL, sales-accepted pipeline, and deal velocity targets tied to regional quota
  • Localize and sequence Docker's global campaigns, including upcoming Tier 01 product launches and our enterprise ABM programs
  • Pair global campaigns with regional plays that convert attention into pipeline
  • Lead partner and channel marketing as the region's primary growth lever
  • Co-market with tier-one distributors, including Exclusive Networks
  • Activate resellers and expand Docker's reach into enterprise accounts that sit beyond direct sales coverage
  • Develop cloud alliance programs with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Create ISV programs that generate reference architectures and co-sell motion
  • Shape the EMEA marketing strategy, translating global campaign infrastructure into regional pipeline

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and sales-accepted leads
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with campaign management
  • Excellent partner and channel marketing skills, with experience co-marketing with tier-one distributors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate with global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
