About the Role
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Wiz, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth in South East Asia and Korea. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated field marketing plans that align with the company's regional strategy and objectives. This includes working closely with local and global marketing teams to build a regional marketing execution plan that resonates with key target audiences and generates qualified leads.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cloud security market and the ability to think creatively and strategically. You will be part of a high-performing team that values innovation, collaboration, and results-driven marketing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing event budgets, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to inform marketing strategies.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans that align with regional strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to build a regional marketing execution plan
- Manage event budgets and ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events
- Work closely with sales teams to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Provide sales enablement and support to ensure sales teams have the necessary tools and resources
- Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Wiz, promoting the company's values and mission
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of physical and virtual events
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and effective project management
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS)
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data
- Strong understanding of the cloud security market and the ability to think creatively and strategically
