## About the Role As a Senior Finance & Strategy Analyst at Coinbase, you will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis. You will be part of the FP&A team, working closely with the Consumer business unit to provide data-driven guidance and support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will be essential in driving the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis. ## What You Will Do - Manage end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Consumer business unit - Develop and maintain complex financial models to drive analysis and decision-making - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data analysis and presentation - Serve as a key financial partner to Consumer leadership, supporting operational expenditure planning and strategic decision-making - Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Business Development - Ensure financial accuracy and integrity, conducting detailed variance analysis and working with the Accounting team as needed - Develop and own financial models that drive analysis into financial risks and opportunities - Present financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and planning - Proven track record of managing operating expense budgets, driving forecasts, and delivering financial results - Strong expertise in Excel, with ability to build and maintain complex financial models - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive business outcomes through data analysis - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Strong business acumen, with understanding of the tech industry and Coinbase's business model

## Nice to Have - Experience working in the tech industry, with knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology - Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA - Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights - Strong programming skills, with ability to work with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
