Senior Financial Analyst Digital Assets

About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for owning forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across core product lines, as well as developing and maintaining financial models that support product strategy and investment decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

What You Will Do

• Own forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across core product lines
• Build and evolve financial models that support product strategy, pricing, and investment decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and leadership, to drive decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models that support product strategy and investment decisions
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions
• Communicate financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics
• Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and investors, to provide financial information and insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital assets and financial modeling

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience with financial modeling tools, such as Excel, and financial planning software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Certification in financial analysis, such as CFA or CPA, a plus
• Experience with digital assets, such as cryptocurrency, a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
• Experience with cloud-based financial planning software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
