Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

The finance team at EDC is a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with colleagues to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.

What You Will Do

• Own site-level P&L reporting for EDC's operational data center portfolio, including monthly variance analysis, commentary, and distribution to site operations and senior leadership
• Lead the annual budget process for assigned site-level and corporate cost centers, including template creation, assumption development, budget owner coordination, submission consolidation, and presentation of results to senior leadership
• Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models for site-level cost centers, incorporating operational inputs such as power consumption, capacity utilization, headcount, and contracted services
• Apply corporate cost allocation methodology to site-level P&Ls, ensuring accurate reflection of shared costs and understanding of the logic underlying each allocation
• Serve as the embedded FP&A partner to site operations leadership, proactively surfacing financial insights, flagging risks, and advising on budget management throughout the year
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development as assigned, including cost-benefit analysis for capital investments, contractor-to-FTE conversion analysis, and scenario modeling
• Identify and flag data quality issues in source systems and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement

• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CPA or CFA
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
