About the Role
As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst at EDC, you will be responsible for managing site-level financial reporting and analysis across the company's operational data center portfolio. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong analytical foundation, deep experience in capital-intensive environments, and the ability to operate independently across a broad scope. What You Will Do
- Own site-level P&L reporting for EDC's operational data center portfolio, including monthly variance analysis, commentary, and distribution to site operations and senior leadership
- Lead the annual budget process for assigned site-level and corporate cost centers, including template creation, assumption development, budget owner coordination, submission consolidation, and presentation of results to senior leadership
- Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models for site-level cost centers, incorporating operational inputs such as power consumption, capacity utilization, headcount, and contracted services
- Apply corporate cost allocation methodology to site-level P&Ls, ensuring accurate reflection of shared costs and understanding of the logic underlying each allocation
- Serve as the embedded FP&A partner to site operations leadership, proactively surfacing financial insights, flagging risks, and advising on budget management throughout the year
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development as assigned, including cost-benefit analysis for capital investments, contractor-to-FTE conversion analysis, and scenario modeling
- Identify and flag data quality issues in source systems and reporting outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement
