## What You Will Do - Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks - Build responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of Concentrix's clients - Implement event-driven architectures, including Pub/Sub design patterns, to ensure seamless communication between components - Collaborate with product, backend, and UX teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions that drive business results - Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability across environments to ensure a high-quality user experience - Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability - Support smooth knowledge transfer during transition and overlap periods to minimize disruption to the business - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of service - Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, sharing expertise and experience with the team - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in frontend development, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and performance of Concentrix's digital solutions

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Alpine.js or similar lightweight frameworks - Solid understanding of Pub/Sub or other event-driven design patterns, with experience implementing these patterns in complex applications - Experience integrating REST APIs with backend services, with a strong understanding of API design principles and best practices - Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git, with experience managing code repositories and collaborating with distributed teams - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, with experience resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions - Ability to work independently in distributed teams, with a strong focus on delivery and quality - Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project environments, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
