About the Role

The Senior Frontend Developer role at Proxify is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of user interfaces for a high-growth client. As a core frontend architect, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and implementing scalable, performant, and accessible web applications using Vue.js. You will work closely with a team of talented developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex, interactive user interfaces from scratch, as well as designing and maintaining a highly reusable component library. You will also partner with the backend team to define explicit API contracts and user flows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and implement complex, interactive user interfaces from scratch using Vue.js and TypeScript
  • Design and maintain a highly reusable, documented component library to unify the product ecosystem
  • Audit and refactor existing codebases to maximize application speed, responsiveness, and SEO health
  • Lead architectural decisions, establish linting/formatting standards, and conduct strict, constructive code reviews
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to define explicit API contracts and user flows
  • Implement responsive UI using Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or advanced SASS/SCSS, matching exact design specs from Figma
  • Establish frontend testing strategies using Vitest, Vue Test Utils, or End-to-End frameworks like Playwright/Cypress
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, manage lazy loading, and diagnose rendering bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of dedicated frontend experience, with deep, hands-on mastery of Vue.js 3 and its reactivity model
  • Strong experience writing clean, type-safe code within large-scale Vue applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Pinia (or highly structured Vuex architectures) for managing complex, asynchronous global states
  • Deep familiarity with modern build chains, specifically Vite, including configuration, code-splitting strategies, and dependency optimization
  • Experience implementing responsive UI using Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or advanced SASS/SCSS, matching exact design specs from Figma
  • Experience establishing frontend testing strategies using Vitest, Vue Test Utils, or End-to-End frameworks like Playwright/Cypress
  • Proven track record of optimizing Core Web Vitals, managing lazy loading, and diagnosing rendering bottlenecks

Nice to Have

  • Production experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) via Nuxt.js
  • Familiarity with Micro-Frontend architectures and module federation
  • Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and semantic HTML
  • Experience with automated CI/CD deployment pipelines for frontend assets
