Senior Frontend Engineer | PRODUCT R&D, INNOVATION & OWNERSHIP

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on modern frontend solutions, including Angular and micro-frontend architecture.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize features and technology for the CSG Quote & Order product
• Champion clean and efficient code, providing thoughtful PR feedback and holding the team to high standards
• Solve real-world problems for customers around the world, working creatively to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to the development of impactful and user-friendly UI/UX, translating customer needs into effective design
• Take ownership across systems, contributing ideas to product design and architecture
• Mentor and inspire the team, sharing expertise and helping others level up their skills
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation and productivity
• Work with product and design teams to deliver awesome outcomes for customers
• Participate in the development of modern frontend solutions, including Angular and micro-frontend architecture

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience in frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue)
• Good knowledge of building user-friendly UI/UX
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind)
• Experience working in a collaborative environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively to deliver impactful solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members

Nice to Have

• Experience working with micro-frontend architecture
• Knowledge of Kafka for event streaming and PostgreSQL for data storage
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Familiarity with gitops/IaC pipeline and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on digital skills and collaboration
