About the Role
The Senior Frontend Software Engineer will play a key role in leading design system and accessibility initiatives across product teams, ensuring that the company's software platform delivers exceptional user experiences.Responsibilities
- Lead projects: plan and own DS and accessibility initiatives across product teams
- Discover opportunities: interview frontend engineers and designers to identify gaps in the design system, accessibility workflow, and shared UI infrastructure
- Work autonomously: take open-ended platform problems, shape them into actionable plans, and deliver improvements without waiting for detailed direction
- Get and stay in sync: communicate early and often with engineering and design partners to maintain alignment on components, patterns, and standards
