Senior Full Stack Engineer – Data Platform

About the Role

As a senior engineer, you will be expected to own the design and implementation of key components of the data platform, including frontend experiences, APIs, and data pipelines. You will work closely with automation engineers to ensure that RPA agents have access to the structured and reliable data they need to function intelligently. Your expertise in cloud data services, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, will be essential in driving performance and scalability improvements across the platform.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement frontend experiences for the data platform, including dashboards, data explorers, and workflow builders
• Develop APIs and services that expose platform data to both internal consumers and customer-facing products
• Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure RPA agents have access to structured and reliable data
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support the data platform
• Contribute to the semantic layer that contextualizes data for AI agents, including tagging, categorization, and metadata enrichment
• Drive performance and scalability improvements across frontend and backend components
• Work with data engineers to ensure that frontend and API layers align with underlying data models
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the data platform
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the company's standards for quality and best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Senior-level full stack experience with strong frontend depth in React and TypeScript
• Experience building data platforms or BI-adjacent frontends, including dashboards, query interfaces, and real-time data views
• Familiarity with RPA tooling and automation workflow design
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL patterns, and API-first architecture
• Experience with cloud data services, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Strong attention to UX detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear, usable interfaces
• Prior remote work experience and proven ability to work independently within a distributed team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with semantic metadata layers or data cataloging tools
• Background in enterprise SaaS product development
• Knowledge of streaming data technologies, such as Kafka or Kinesis
• Exposure to dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tooling
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
