What You Will Do

• Collaborate with global startups to develop and implement full-stack solutions using React and backend technologies like Python, Java, or Golang.
• Utilize your experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to ensure scalable and efficient project delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new projects, ensuring swift and effective integration.
• Contribute to the technical community at Lemon.io by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Utilize Next.js in projects where required, particularly for those involving React and Java.
• Ensure high-quality code and adhere to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum project efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Commercial experience with React.js (3+ years) and a backend technology like Python, Java, or Golang (3+ years).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to create projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture.
• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues clearly.
• Self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely without supervision.
• Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to onboard projects promptly and start delivering results quickly.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating your expertise in full-stack development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other programming languages or technologies, such as AI Agent Architect, AI Automation Architect, React & Ruby, PHP & Angular, etc.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
