About the Role

The Senior Full-stack React Developer position at Lemon.io is a unique opportunity for experienced developers to work with hand-picked startups in the US and Europe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality projects from scratch, leveraging your expertise in React, Node, and cloud technologies to drive growth and innovation.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and develop tailored solutions, and deliver results-driven projects. With a focus on flexibility and autonomy, you will have the freedom to choose a schedule that works best for you, with the option to communicate asynchronously or with minimal overlap within team working hours.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient full-stack applications using React, Node, and cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Work independently to create high-quality projects from scratch, with a deep understanding of application architecture
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing regular updates and justifying technical decisions
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React, Node, and cloud technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging code and optimizing performance
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities, driving continuous improvement and expansion
  • Work closely with the Lemon.io community, sharing knowledge and expertise with other developers

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of commercial software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in React, Node, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Deep understanding of application architecture, with the ability to create projects from scratch
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues
  • Self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
  • Reliability and adaptability, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience with Next, TypeScript, and AWS, or Supabase, is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Golang
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
  • Certification in cloud computing or full-stack development
