Job Description

About the Role

Fulcrum is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to help build an AI-powered platform from scratch. The role combines full-stack development with AI-driven workflows, designing and implementing core product functionality and integrating LLM-based capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop core product functionality for an AI-powered platform with autonomous agents
  • Build and improve the agent runtime and conversational interfaces
  • Implement and evolve the memory system and APIs
  • Work with vector databases and RAG pipelines to support intelligent retrieval and context building

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React (React 18+)
  • Experience building applications with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
