Senior Fundraising Strategist

With a strong focus on data analysis and performance metrics, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement campaign strategies that drive real impact.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement grassroots fundraising campaigns that engage Mozilla's global community and grow the supporter base
• Pitch ideas to engage Mozilla's global community, grow the grassroots donor base, and identify opportunities to solicit existing and prospective donors
• Write compelling fundraising content for supporters across channels, including email, website, and social media
• Identify A/B testing priorities, design testing plans, monitor results, and report on key learnings and next steps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech Platforms, to improve supporter and donor experiences
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for fundraising campaigns
• Analyze data and performance metrics to inform fundraising strategies and optimize campaign results
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital fundraising and apply this knowledge to inform campaign strategies

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a digital or online context
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns that drive results
• Strong understanding of donor-centered fundraising and relationship management
• Experience with Salesforce, Programmatic, and Excel, as well as other fundraising and data analysis tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messaging that drive fundraising results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform fundraising strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Passion for Mozilla's mission and a commitment to advancing the organization's goals

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in a fundraising context
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online engagement strategies
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Certification in fundraising or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
