About the Role
The Senior Global Campaigns Manager at Arctic Wolf is a critical role that involves designing, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue across key segments, products, and regions. What You Will Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key solutions, industries, and buyer segments
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and value propositions are consistently reflected across campaign assets
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Channel, Acquisition, and Customer teams to ensure alignment, coverage, and measurable impact
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of global and regional campaigns across program teams such as digital, email, field, channel, webinars, and content
- Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery aligned to product launches, sales plays, and market opportunities
- Partner with delivery teams to execute tactics such as webinars, email nurtures, paid media, social promotion, and partner activations
- Support management of external agencies and vendors contributing to campaign execution
- Track campaign KPIs and reporting in partnership with Marketing Operations
- Analyze results to optimize performance, reallocate spend where appropriate, and share insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, project management, or a combination of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across global teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to identify efficiencies across projects, systems, and tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign design, execution, and measurement
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
