About the Role

The Senior Google Ads Specialist role at Welltech is a critical component of the company's digital marketing strategy, responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive business growth. What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor activity to inform campaign strategies
  • Create and manage ad copy, ad extensions, and other campaign components
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas and strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of success in paid media and digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and its ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
