About the Role

As a Senior Group Product Manager for Dropbox Sign, you will be at the forefront of driving product strategy and execution across this critical business segment. What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, helping them grow in product craft, strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox Sign, balancing investments across platform scalability, workflow automation, customer experience improvements, and new growth opportunities.
  • Build a strong product culture grounded in customer empathy, data-informed decision making, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Security, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, prioritize investments, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple product initiatives.
  • Become an expert in customers by leveraging research, analytics, market insights, and direct feedback to deeply understand the needs of businesses and individuals managing critical agreement workflows.
  • Drive complex, multi-quarter initiatives across teams and functions, from strategy and planning to execution and iteration.
  • Identify new customer needs, expand into adjacent workflows, and scale both the product and go-to-market capabilities needed to support long-term growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Group Product Manager or similar leadership role, with a track record of driving product strategy and execution.
  • Strong combination of product leadership, people management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Experience with product development practices and the ability to establish strong practices within the team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage research, analytics, and feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with data-informed decision making and the ability to drive alignment across different stakeholders.
