What You Will Do
- Develop, execute, and measure the success of multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing materials and messaging that resonates with the target audience
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve the highest possible ROI
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior management
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continually improve marketing performance
- Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve campaign strategies
- Mentor junior marketing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in growth marketing
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing or digital marketing role, with a focus on paid media and user acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus but not required
