Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Growth Operator, Partner role at Ramp is a builder position that requires a unique blend of technical, product, and growth expertise. As a key member of the growth team, you will own the development of tools, experiences, and systems that enable partner channels to drive growth at scale. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and shipping partner product experiences, deploying Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiments, and scaling internal tools to turn partner relationships into measurable revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, with experience in growth, product growth, or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company. You will be expected to leverage AI products as a core part of your work, building autonomous agents that run partner workflows end-to-end. If you have a passion for building systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, this role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Ramp is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values high agency and high urgency. As a Senior Growth Operator, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, data, finance, and engineering, to scope, prioritize, and ship partner growth features.

What You Will Do

  • Design and ship PLG experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads, including banners, in-product referral triggers, and other growth-driven initiatives
  • Build and own the end-to-end deployment and iteration of partner experiences, including incentives, landing pages, demos, badging, MDF, partner resources, and gamification mechanics
  • Develop partner-facing product experiences that drive referral behavior and improve partner engagement
  • Own the full suite of experiences that improve partners' ability to sell Ramp, from discovery to referral
  • Ship products that enable partners to access marketing assets, product information, and co-branded materials
  • Design and ship new growth experiments to increase referral volume and deepen partner engagement
  • Partner closely with sales, data, finance, and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship partner growth features
  • Build growth acceleration tooling, including incentive management, gifting, and event workflows
  • Build autonomous agents that run partner workflows end-to-end, leveraging AI products and expertise

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company
  • PM brain, engineer hands: ability to mock up an MVP and then build it yourself, scoping what matters, why, and shipping it without waiting for someone else to spec it
  • Production AI experience: experience building and shipping agents in production, not theoretical systems, but real ones that ran autonomously, handled edge cases, and got better over time
  • Builder mentality: demonstrated ability to spec, build, and ship complex systems and products
  • Strong understanding of growth, product, and engineering principles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, data, finance, and engineering

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and growth experimentation
  • Knowledge of fintech industry trends and developments
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and machine learning principles

  • Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools
