About the Role

The Senior GTM Business Architecture Manager role at Twilio is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales strategy, operations, and enterprise technology expertise. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for translating macro commercial strategies into high-fidelity, actionable business blueprints. You will serve as the domain owner for specific GTM workflows, acting as the primary bridge between the field and enterprise tech teams.

The role is centered around driving revenue growth and scalability, and you will be expected to identify and eliminate non-selling friction in existing sales motions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to design and implement new sales processes and technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the strategic owner for specific segments of the GTM lifecycle, including prospecting, deal execution, and specialist alignment
  • Conduct systemic audits of existing sales motions to pinpoint bottlenecks and architect new workflows to eliminate non-selling friction
  • Author high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and User Stories
  • Define upstream data contracts and partner with ET leads to ensure technical configuration meets business needs
  • Utilize the GTM Priority Matrix to evaluate and rank inbound field requests
  • Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for your domain and execute test scripts
  • Manage the Business Go/No-Go sign-off and ensure no feature launches unless it meets the Field-Ready standard
  • Partner with Enablement and Data Analytics to track downstream adoption and monitor system telemetry
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's sales strategy, operations, and enterprise technology

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business architecture, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in GTM, sales strategy, and operations
  • Experience with Salesforce and other enterprise technology platforms
  • Proven ability to design and implement new sales processes and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue growth and scalability
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales processes
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Nice to Have

  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based sales and marketing platforms, such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Certification in sales operations or a related field, such as CSO or SOD
