About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Lifted, you will play a crucial role in driving people strategy and organizational effectiveness across the company. You will work closely with business leaders to provide guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, and people strategy, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people outcomes. Your expertise will be leveraged to drive accountability across leaders and teams, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives and decisions.

You will operate as an extension of senior HR leadership, representing the People function in high-impact conversations and driving decisions forward. What You Will Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, and people strategy
  • Operate as an extension of senior HR leadership, representing the People function in high-impact conversations and driving decisions forward
  • Own day-to-day HR support for assigned teams, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people outcomes
  • Drive accountability across leaders and teams, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives and decisions
  • Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent development efforts aligned to business goals
  • Partner with leaders to identify gaps, improve team performance, and strengthen overall organizational health
  • Support talent lifecycle processes including performance management, engagement, and compensation planning
  • Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment while minimizing disruption to the business
  • Navigate sensitive workforce matters with sound judgment and a balanced, pragmatic approach
  • Leverage data, tools, and available inputs to inform decisions, identify trends, and support leaders in addressing people and organizational challenges

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong HRBP experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience operating with ambiguity and managing competing priorities with limited structure
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently identify and focus on high-impact work
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to navigate constraints and drive progress without relying on fully built systems
  • Proven ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and data to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Experience with Excel and other HR-related tools
