## About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner at Storyblok, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders, driving organization-wide people initiatives and strengthening leadership capabilities. Your expertise in GTM and HR practices will be crucial in scaling the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The role entails working closely with GTM executives, heads of department, and managers to provide guidance and support on all aspects of HR. You will lead the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan, drive adoption and progress, and track impact and results. Your ability to coach and advise C-Suite members, shape and execute people initiatives, and drive strategic business results will be essential to the company's success. The company's international team loves to have fun at work and works hard together to accomplish shared goals, making this a great opportunity to join a collaborative and driven team. ## What You Will Do - Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and first point of contact for GTM executives, heads of department, and managers, providing clear guidance and informed recommendations on all areas of HR - Lead the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan, aligned to divisional business priorities - Drive adoption and progress on the established People Plan and track impact and results - Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to C-Suite members, shaping and executing people initiatives that enable organizational performance and drive strategic business results - Lead the delivery and continuous adoption of cyclical HR products into the divisions, including performance management, goal setting, feedback, promotions, spot bonus, and compensation - Share insights from the divisions you support to ensure our People products support strategic business needs - Monitor, track, and report on key divisional workforce data and provide insights to the Divisional Leadership Team to enable data-driven decision-making - Work with the GTM Divisional Leadership Team to drive division-wide engagement action planning, reporting, and communications, while also supporting managers to understand their results and take action - Champion the effective adoption of HR policies and practices across GTM divisions, driving clarity, compliance, and alignment with broader organizational standards - Coach people managers in GTM divisions on tactical people issues, such as probation review, performance issues, and talent development ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company - Strong expertise in GTM and HR practices, with a deep understanding of the intersection of business and people strategies - Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders - Proven track record of driving organization-wide people initiatives and scaling HR practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Experience with performance management, goal setting, feedback, and compensation - Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the ability to champion adoption and compliance across divisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility ## Nice to Have - Experience with headless CMS technology and the AI-driven content era - Knowledge of Storyblok's products and services - Familiarity with the company's joyful headless approach and commitment to work-life balance - Experience working in a fully remote company, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of remote work ## Benefits and Perks - Monthly remote work stipend to support home office setup and expenses - Home office equipment package, including laptop, keyboard, and monitor - Home office equipment upgrade or membership to a local co-working space after onboarding - Sick leave benefit, parental leave, and 25 days of annual leave, plus local national holidays - Personal development fund for courses, books, conferences, and materials - Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) - Annual international team-building trip and quarterly and monthly online get-togethers - Flexible schedules and a strong focus on work-life balance - Opportunity to work with a global team and make a real impact on the company's success
