About the Role

The Senior HRIS Analyst role at Sphera is a key position within the Global Total Rewards and HR Operations team. As a utilities player, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering global HR systems, supporting technical processes, and providing expertise in data management and analysis. This role is ideal for a technically savvy individual who is not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to complex scenarios.

The HRIS Analyst will work closely with leadership to administer focal processes, including merit and incentive attainment, and will be responsible for modeling and analyzing organizational and financial impact during various HR initiatives. The role will also involve championing HR process review, development, and documentation, as well as driving HR internal audit and compliance initiatives.

The Global Total Rewards and HR Operations team is responsible for providing colleagues with competitive rewards and HR tools and services. What You Will Do

  • Administer comprehensive HR technology stack, including implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and maintenance
  • Provide expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining, and assuring the quality of data and HR databases
  • Partner with leadership to administer focal processes, including merit and incentive attainment
  • Model and analyze organizational and financial impact during various HR initiatives
  • Champion HR process review, development, and documentation, including job aids
  • Drive HR internal audit and compliance initiatives and serve as HR representative for company-wide audits
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve system-related concerns
  • Maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Develop advanced reports and HR analytics, including business processes, security roles, and dashboards
  • Own HR systems training and documentation
  • Serve as a utility player as needed within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related professional experience with HR systems administration, including hands-on experience with Workday
  • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies
  • Functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs, and practices
  • Crisp attention to detail and creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas
  • Analytical and consultative capabilities to communicate complex information to various audiences
  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a global organization with a diverse workforce
