As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the successful candidate will drive performance, engagement, and talent outcomes that directly support business success.The role serves as a strategic partner and coach to senior leaders while acting as the People lead for the supported business areas. This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Compensation, Talent, and People Operations to ensure aligned, scalable people solutions. As a senior member of the People team, the incumbent will drive accountability, foster inclusive collaboration, navigate complexity, and mentor peers as appropriate.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people priorities.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to improve clarity, efficiency, and performance.
- Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and career development conversations.
- Drive execution of core People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent reviews.
- Partner with Finance and Compensation to support equitable, competitive reward strategies aligned to business results.
- Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
- Proactively prioritize work to align with department and company goals while communicating progress and managing dependencies.
- Navigate conflict and differing viewpoints constructively, providing candid feedback and finding common ground.
- Contribute to an environment of trust and inclusion within supported teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to company-wide People initiatives.
- Take ownership of outcomes, course-correct when needed, and continuously improve processes and programs.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership experience, ideally within high-growth tech or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to operational outcomes.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide direct, candid feedback while remaining open to diverse perspectives.
- Ability to manage conflict constructively and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong prioritization and execution discipline.
- High integrity and sound judgment.
