About the Role

The Senior Implementation Manager role at Level AI is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation process for key client accounts, ensuring that they are able to unlock the full potential of Level AI's AI-powered customer support solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, developing and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to address any technical issues that may arise. What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the business objectives and technical requirements of clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address client needs and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Level AI's AI-powered customer support solutions, including their features, benefits, and technical requirements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Level AI's solutions to existing clients
  • Track and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of the implementation team, contributing to their development and growth
  • Develop and maintain documentation and collateral to support the sales and implementation process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the implementation process and deliver exceptional results

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and the role of AI in customer support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with AI-powered customer support solutions and related technologies
