About the Role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Datacor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery and adoption of the company's ERP software solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring, testing, training, and supporting customers through the implementation and go-live process. This is a remote position that requires periodic travel to customer sites, offering a blend of autonomy and collaboration with the delivery team.

The role entails working closely with customers to analyze their business processes, consult on best practices, and optimize system configuration to meet their specific needs. Your day-to-day activities will include providing end-user and administrator training, troubleshooting configuration and data-related issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You Will Do

  • Provide implementation services for Datacor ERP software, including installation, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, meet milestones, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business processes and consult on best practices, system configuration, and process optimization.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and administrators on system navigation, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, process, and data-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customers during the cutover and go-live phases, including hypercare support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed training documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge base materials.
  • Contribute to methodology improvements by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices with the delivery team.
  • Manage multiple tasks and customer engagements simultaneously while completing administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of real-world ERP experience, either as an end-user or an implementer.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in areas such as accounting, operations, inventory, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Excel and a willingness to learn Datacor ERP.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in a consultative, service-oriented role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Datacor ERP or similar ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of data concepts and databases, including basic SQL concepts.
  • Certification in ERP implementation or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment.
