## About the Role The Senior Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of key projects and initiatives across the organization. This newly created position serves as a critical liaison between multiple business units, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and timely delivery of business initiatives. As part of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for assisting business leaders in planning, organizing, and executing projects from inception to completion.
In this dynamic environment, the ability to adapt and be flexible is essential. The role involves working closely with various departments, including Project Management, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Development, Claims, and Customer Service. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
The Senior Implementation Specialist reports to the VP, Sales Operations & Delivery, and can be based in the Glastonbury, CT office on a flexible, hybrid schedule or work 100% remotely, with the requirement to work on EST hours.
## What You Will Do - Assist business leaders in planning, organizing, and executing projects and initiatives from inception to completion - Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned - Review business leader project documentation, ensuring timely sharing of status reports and meeting notes to all stakeholders - Act as the liaison between departments to facilitate information flow and resolve issues - Coordinate or attend meetings, gather input, and communicate updates to ensure all teams are working toward common goals - Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or conflicts to business leadership - Support the launch of business initiatives, including new products and marketing campaigns, by coordinating tasks, resources, and communications - Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and interdepartmental collaboration - Document best practices and lessons learned for future initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution - Develop and maintain project management tools and resources to support project planning and tracking
## What We Are Looking For - A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related area of study, or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to build relationships and work effectively across diverse teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project, is a plus - Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is preferred but not required - Ability to travel for events and meetings (20%), including potential international travel
## Nice to Have - Experience with Adjust and Excel - Knowledge of travel insurance products and services - Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
